These materials have a range of unique properties, which contribute to strength, durability, non-toxicity, and the ability to comply with many of the necessary test requirements of the construction industry, specifically those in regard to fire performance and impact resistance.

Since its invention in 1984, Jesmonite has become renowned as a world leader in water-based resin systems. As we become ever more aware of the environmental impacts and the effects on our health that arise from the continued use of solvent based resin systems Jesmonite offers the safe alternative

Jesmonite water-based resin systems. Limited only by your imagination.

  • Infuvac

RESINECO presents the range of products for laminates using vacuum and infusion techniques. Under the own brand INFUVAC you will find all the necessary consumables to obtain pieces with an exceptional professional finish.

    infusion resina composites

The advantages of this type of technique are:

Quality of the final piece impossible to obtain by manual/wet impregnation method.

Less resin used and minimum emissions of harmful vapors to the user during the impregantion and curing process

The air bubbles in the laminate are avoided and their mechanical properties are increased

Lowered weight of the finished piece.

    Clean and tidy Workstation.

Do not work with the resin directly.

The savings of resin and rollers / brushes and the result of the final piece, compensate the expenses of consumables (bag, mesh ...)

It can be used to create or repair resin parts with glass, carbon or kevlar reinforcement fibers.

  • RTV Silicone

Silicone for molds, also known as Silicone RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanization) is a fluid paste that hardens through the action of a catalyst. In this way we obtain a flexible material with unique non-stick properties, which will facilitate the reproduction of multiple parts with total security and tranquility *.

Depending on the mechanical needs of the mold, it is advisable to use a silicone or another.

Standard silicones (Condensation or Addition), Silicone for large molds applied by "thixo" layers, silicone for metal that supports up to 350ºc (lead, tin, low melting point alloys) and silicone for food contact.

  • Resina Epoxi

  • Polyester Resins

In RESINECO we have the priority to offer products of the best quality and with innovative elements in terms of safety and ease of use. In this section you can find polyester resin with special characteristics that make it different from those that are easier to find in the market.

We emphasize the ADHyECO orthophthalic polyester resin that contains a paraffin that blocks the emission of styrene vapors without limiting its interlaminar adhesion.

We have recently added to our range transparent polyester resin or glass for castings, casting polyester resin without pre-accelerate to control the temperature of curing of different sizes of castings and a polyester resin for flexible lamination that allows to manufacture large laminates with fiber of glass without expansion joint (special for swimming pools and terraces)

In this way you gain in comfort and lower the security requirements of the facilities in which it is used.

We also have resins that contain monomers other than styrene and make it easier to apply them on materials that traditional polyester resins attack and make their application impossible. The best example is polyester resin for POREX.

If you need Gelcoats or brush or gun Topcoats we have a color chart at your disposal.

  • Gelcoats - Topcoats

At Resineco, we offer a specialized selection of polyester gelcoats and topcoats, essential for achieving a professional surface finish on parts made with fiberglass and polyester resin. These coatings not only provide aesthetics, gloss, and color but also a protective barrier against moisture, weathering, and UV rays.

Gelcoat is the first layer applied to the mold and defines the external appearance of the part. It is formulated to offer excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and durability. On the other hand, topcoat is a similar finish, designed to be applied as a final layer on already demolded surfaces, perfect for repairs, touch-ups, or exterior coatings.

In our store you will find:

    • Gelcoats and topcoats in multiple colors, including white, black, neutral, and translucent.

    • Versions with and without wax, depending on the use (molding or final finish).

    • Products compatible with application by roller or spray gun, according to your technical needs.

We also offer compatible additives, catalysts, and pigments, as well as personalized technical advice to help you choose the best solution for your project.

Trust Resineco to obtain high-quality, durable, and professional finishes in your polyester resin applications.

Resineco gelcoats are available in different presentations:

    Basic gelcoats

Kits of 1 and 5 kg, in basic colors (white, black, red, blue, green, and yellow)

*We can supply any RAL color by request (delivery time to be confirmed).

    Weighing the correct ratio

For the best results, it is essential to respect the correct ratio of Reslin activator and Reslin oil. This is 1 part Reslin® activator to 2 parts Reslin® oil. Preparing the Reslin® components It is essential that the Reslin® components reach the correct temperature. Heat the activator and Reslin® oil in an oven for 20 minutes at 60 °C (140 °F).

    Mixing

Stir the mixture thoroughly for several minutes. At this stage, you can add additives to the Reslin® mixture, mica, plant elements, minerals, pigments, etc.

    Filling the mold

The preparation method depends on the composition of the Reslin® mixture. After filling the mold, let the mixture stand for 20 minutes before placing it in the oven. Heating the object in two stages Stage 1: Place the object in a convection oven and heat for 20 minutes at 90 °C. Stage 2: Increase the temperature to 120 °C and heat again for 20 minutes.

    Cooling and demoulding.

After the second heating stage, you can cool the object immediately. Let the object cool in the air or place the mold in cold water.
