Complete kit to start working with resin infusion or vacuum compaction techniques. Equipment designed for learning and manufacturing small and medium-sized parts. In this system, we have prioritized the balance between performance, equipment size, and price, aimed at small workshops, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, and private users. This equipment allows you to learn and produce parts with the highest quality at a very competitive cost.

It is not intended for large-scale infusion projects, which due to their complexity are not suitable for private users, but it is a perfect system for getting started, learning, and producing small and medium-sized parts.

The advantages of this type of technique are:

  • Final part quality impossible to achieve with manual impregnation methods, especially for carbon fiber and epoxy resin parts.
  • Resin savings and elimination of harmful vapor emissions for the user throughout the impregnation and curing process.
  • Elimination of air bubbles in the laminate, increasing mechanical properties and reducing weight.
  • Cleaner and more organized workspace.
  • No direct handling of resin.

The savings in resin and rollers or brushes, together with the final part quality, offset the cost of consumables (bags, meshes, etc.).

It can be used to manufacture or repair resin parts reinforced with fiberglass, carbon fiber, or Kevlar / aramid fibers.

The system includes:

  • 1 V-I215S-M MINI SERIES vacuum pump, maximum vacuum of 15 microns and a capacity of 42 liters per minute, ideal for small and medium-sized parts, up to 2 m².
  • 1 resin trap, fittings, connectors, vacuum gauge, and hose for initial setup. Guidance from our experts during assembly and commissioning.

Check all suitable consumables depending on the technique used, resin infusion or vacuum compaction. Do not forget to use an epoxy resin suitable for infusion. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help.
