JESMONITE AC100 KIT
Jesmonite AC100 is the ideal resin to give life to your creativity. It is an alternative to polyester or polyurethane for all kinds of decorative pieces. Ideal with silicone molds.
Acrylic pigment for Jesmonite resin. It is applied to a maximum of 2% by weight. With the AC100 resin the most vivid colors are obtained by having a higher acrylic resin content.
Pigments are sold by weight and each color has a different density, so for some colors it may appear that the bottle is only half full. Especially white, oxides and terracotta.

We recommend to use original Jesmonite pigments, as their high pigment concentration means very little is needed to achieve the desired color.
Tips for Jesmonite pigments:
To achieve a pure black, always calculate 2% of the total mix weight; otherwise, gray tones often appear when the Jesmonite dries.
If you are inexperienced with pigments, it is recommended to first tint the liquid, mixing several colors if necessary, and once the desired color is achieved, add the powder (AC BASE). Once everything is mixed, the tone can be corrected by adding more pigments.
How to achieve perfect blends with Jesmonite pigment?
To achieve smooth mixtures without lumps or white spots, we recommend using the Jesmonite MIXING BLADE.
How do I store Jesmonite pigments?
A good way to keep your pigments in perfect condition is to shake them regularly to ensure you always use the perfect mix/concentration. Some colors, due to their solid pigment formulation, tend to clump at the bottom of the container. Remember to shake them regularly, and of course, always before use.
Important note:
The green pigment is much thicker than others; if you have difficulty with green, it's much better to use yellow and blue.
